Our writer/producer/director, Princella Smith was actually nominated for a commercial she wrote, directed, and produced--not for Beauty for Ashes which is our HUGE film she is working so hard to develop. HOWEVER, when they announced the category, they read the name of the movie and NOT the name of the commercial.

Both the film and the commercial have the Oklahoma City Bombing as a theme, and Princella wondered: "Why did they do that?" She decided that it was a foreshadowing of the future bigger stages for Beauty for Ashes! Never give up on your dreams!
