Challenging myself to write, direct, film, edit and release one film a day for five days, Poem No. 2 is the third in my #5in5. The film was captured from different signs and artwork found on the boarded-up streets of a San Francisco sheltering in place.

Life feels obstructed, and so it is fitting that each of the five films will have specific obstructions, this one had to be 60 seconds long, 149-word vocabulary limit, social distancing must be observed, shot on an iPhone 6S, and this one must comfort.

be not afraid
for you are not in danger

be not afraid
that a seismic change
will shake your faith

be not afraid
for you are a phoenix
and you welcome change

be not afraid
grace will unite the world
