Working with Microsoft's culture team, we solicited user-generated content from thousands of Microsoft employees around the world to create a global day-in-the-life story as told exclusively by the men and women who work there. While this short film was not 'scripted' in a conventional way, a great deal of work went into crafting the interview materials provided to participants. Long form videos/responses were transcribed and vetted, narrative threads and highlights identified, and--obviously--extensive editing done to craft a mountain of raw material into a cohesive portrait of a corporate culture in transition.
