One Breath in the Canyon is a teaser of our latest project shot underwater in Bali, Indonesia, by the the island of Nusa Penida.
This short films or teaser shows one dive taken by the very talented freediver Leona Chen from China.
Leona descends on a narrow gap in of the narrow inlets of the island. The beautiful white sand at the bottom leads her to the exit of the inlet where she then surfaces. On this cloudy day the beautiful natural light was so dramatic and mysterious. Given the challenging light conditions, this clip is best to be watched in high resolution at 4K.

This short film underwater was filmed using a RED Gemini 5k Cinema Camera in Nauticam Underwater Housing. The Thumbnail is a behind the scenes photo showing one of our experience diver and cameramen while taking a clip of Leona.

Shooting underwater scenes requires lots of preparation and very talented people from model to safety divers and all production crew. We will be posting a behind the scene of this project as well as more clip like this.
