This project was to create a documentary film for one of the very first Nike branded digital content campaigns. The concept based on the street basketball tournament touring through major cities across the United States, and Canada, looking for the best street-ball players to take part in a nationwide competition for America’s best street-ball player. BATTLEGROUNDS was aired on MTV prime time slot and developed into two seasons of the reality show. It was a big hit and has changed the industry’s perception of a branded content campaign at the time.
