Manu is a story of a young introverted boy called “Manu” who is in his late teens and belongs to a religious middle-class family. The story explores the themes such as self-identity, loneliness, Indian societal norms and stereotypes, art, and ones’ meaning of existence.

Instead of following the standard storytelling structure, where the protagonist moves the story forward by following their aim. In this story, Manu just goes about his normal day and is touched by a series of events that makes him think and in the end, puts him in a dilemma of taking the next step in life or not.
