Using the Nesoberi Plushies based on Kanan Matsuura (blue-hair) and Mari Ohara (blonde), this is a recreation of Skip Arnold's 1992 short video titled "Punch". The recreation is a reference to a scene in their appearance in the anime show Love Live! Sunshine!!, in which Mari confronts and slaps Kanan in the 9th episode ("Young Dreamer"), as well.
