First iteration of the new series of work that was jumpstarted with 'mothering myself." This series isn't yet named, but the individual title 'leave town with me' is a personal sentiment I hold dear to my heart as someone from Fort McMurray. I desperately wanted to leave that town as a teenager, yet lately by bones are aching to go home to the northern boreal. This was filmed in Treaty 7, in so called Calgary. My hope is to eventually return up north and localize this film series to the land I know so well.
