The Mandingo short film is a collaboration between Jinho "Piper" Ferreira and the Filhos de Bimba School of Capoeira. With the 100 year anniversary coming up for Capoeira Regional, Capoeiristas from all over the world are headed to Brazil in December to celebrate. With an event like this, they knew they had to do something special. The highest ranking member of Capoeira Regional in North America, Malandro, got invited to play Berimbau and sing the third verse on Piper's new track, Mandingo. The whole short was written by Jinho and shot by the Capoeirista, Espanador. Enjoy! And see you in Brazil!
