This headline grabbed me because it's a bold claim that I personally haven't seen the evidence of yet since I'm still seeing constant casting news of white actors and producers (ex: deadline.com/2020/07/wolfman-ryan-gosling-leigh-whannell-universal-pictures-blumhouse-the-invisible-man-1202980413/). So I wanted to explore this. But rather than me offer a perspective, I wanted to allow my friend Courtney Stewart (@StewarStarLit) to offer hers. She is a Black actor, producer and host of Black Hollywood Live's The Trend (@WeAre_TheTrend) alongside Derrial Christon (@DerrialChriston).
