Written, produced and starring standup comedian/actress, Alyse Kenny, "Happily Ever Ally" was shot just before the pandemic and is now making the film/tv festival circuit. The project has received 18 nominations and nine awards including Best Scripted Comedy at NYC TV Festival, Westfield International Film Festival, La Jolla Indie Fest, and Best Actress in a Comedy for Alyse Kenny at the 2021 NJ Webfest and NYC TV Festival and others.

Ally Klein (Alyse Kenny) tries to find her own version of “Happily Ever After” while starting over again in New York City. Inspired by the writer's life, “Happily Ever Ally” celebrates hope, optimism and never giving up. A female driven comedy follows Ally Klein (Alyse Kenny) as she strives to achieve the universal goal of making her dreams come true, facing each day with tenacity, an open heart and quirky sense of humor.

Still trying to make it as a professional actress, Ally auditions for campy commercials while working her day job at the city’s largest hotel. Her path to happiness takes an unexpected turn as she realizes it may be a new love interest (played by Emmy nominee, Derek Gaines) who brings Ally the emotional connection she's been longing for. All the while Ally reluctantly deals with her meddling family, especially mom, a psychoanalyst (played by award-winning actress, Tovah Feldshuh), who always seems to be there to make her problems bigger.
