Released in 2013, "Guilty 'Til Proven innocent" (GTPI) intimately follows a city (Lakewood, Ohio) as it proposed and passed a ban on "pit bull" dogs in 2008 and the subsequent enforcement of it, using Ohio's 25 year statewide breed specific law that targeted "pit bull" dogs by regulating their ownership with a list of restrictions.

GTPI began in 2007, initially as an anti-dogfighting documentary started the day Michael Vick was suspected of the crime, and transitioned into a film about breed discrimination the following year after meeting Preston.
