I put off doing this mod for a week because I was just scared of messing it up, and I’ve never soldered anything before. YouTube really is your friend when trying to learn new tricks. Other than the polarization film being a pain to remove, the install went without a hitch. I’m using my DMG-01 for music, so I didn’t need a fancy-pants IPS display. Used the money I saved to buy more mods like the CleanAmp power board and Audio Amp by RetroSix, along with a Prosound mod. Thanks Handheld Legend for making great products available!
