Problem Statement - Golden North has been producing the ice cream for quite some time already and undoubtedly it is one of the best in Australia as it was named the most tasty ice cream by The Advertiser back in 2018. Despite having a variety of flavors, their product doesn't seem to be well known overseas. In fact, they only have stores around the local unlike the other rival brands such as Baskin Robbins or even Wall’s which would have a massive franchises around the globe. Not to mention that the lack of design sense in most of their recent promo videos or even logo design just couldn't quite keep up with the games. Hence, with the given opportunity for this assignment, I would like to explore and design a brand new identity for this product with the input of my creativity and imagination in order to set up a new tone that could enhance their status in the industry by conveying through a commercial or promo video.

Project Objectives -

-To raise awareness and popularity of the product (Especially to Malaysian).

-To deliver a much more creative or updated design and product content that would increase their reputation for good.

-To explore and understand advertising or branding even better in order to achieve the outcome.

-To improve my skill sets for much convincing result.

This video is purely for assignment purpose.

Reflections: Throughout this project, I have managed to explore octane render and further improve my knowledge and skills in cinema 4d. I always enjoys doing all these works especially with a fast pace kind of direction as concept. Not to mention that I’m also a massive fan of duo tone as I got inspired by a design studio in London when they first introduced this style to premier league.
