This piece was conceived out of a need to create during the pandemic. I was desperate to find some way to connect to the artist inside of myself and find joy in movement.

So I reached out to my dear friend and amazing choreographer Tina Heuges to design a structure for me to create within. She provided movement guidelines, a narrative, music inspiration and a rough idea of location.

I took it from there and asked Josh Fruehling to film and become my audience. I went into this process with no intention to ever show the work but to just create for myself and live in the moment. It was extremely freeing!

Several months later I decided I did want a final video to find a sense of completion so I reached out to my talented director friend Sergio Abuja to put together this edit. �

I am excited to share this with you now.
