On a journey through ten countries, we follow Berlin-based photographer Maria Schiffer on her search for authentic dishes and stories. Her mission is to write a cookbook about Africa: strong in imagery and always at eye-level with the lives of the everyday cooks she meets. It is a series that helps diversify the narrative about Africa.
