Ante la imposibilidad de encontrar proyectos de ley más comprensibles para cualquier ciudadano, y al descubrir que había pocas propuestas para hacer frente a la crisis sanitaria por la Covid-19, decidí crear un personaje de ficción: “Dora Sena”, Senadora de la República de Colombia, realizado por un sistema de inteligencia artificial.

Faced with the impossibility of finding more understandable laws for any citizen, and discovering that there were few proposals to address the health crisis due to Covid-19, I decided to create a fictional character: "Dora Sena", Senator of the Republic of Colombia, made by an artificial intelligence system.
