Hikikomori is a japanese term that refers to the sociological phenomenon in which individuals decide not to leave their home anymore, seeking for isolation and confinement, abandoning this way, their social life.

This 27-year Japanese is part of a growing legion of young Japanese who shut themselves in their house for not ever leaving. The call Hikikomori, a term that refers to the sections of society.
