Cyber-Love is a love story that will take place in the year 2028 in a nearby city. A couple meets through a social network called Hashtag (#) and that is the beginning of the problems.
From the original script¹ of the short Cyber-Love, it is intended to create a collection of elements that will make up the interface design of said short, and will be used for the creation of a trailer in which the Showreel will be included.
It is about a dystopian post-love story through a new platform to meet people with the same interests.
The elements that make up the interface will be animated and will show data and ideas that would otherwise be difficult to explain. In addition to including the use of Augmented Reality.
Taking references from current video games such as Cyberpunk 2077, a clean and modern style is sought.
The main theme of my work is love. In this case, the subject is dealt with through the social networks that are part of the life of each one of us.
I have chosen this topic because, since the beginning of the pandemic, most people have more difficulties finding a partner and must inevitably use an application to meet people. I have taken as inspiration some of the situations that myself have lived in my years living in Madrid.
For me the short conveys a sense of injustice and hopelessness due to the fictitious and false relationships that are created between the characters.
With all this, it is intended that the people who consume my work feel identified with any of the characters.
The elements that are repeated the most throughout my work are hearts and the use of screens, combining blue tones with pinks.

Cyber-Love es una historia de amor, que tendrá lugar en el año 2028 en una ciudad cercana. Una pareja se conoce a través de una red social llamada Hashtag (#) y ese es el principio de los problemas.
A partir del guión¹ original del corto Cyber-Love se pretende crear una colección de elementos que compondrán el diseño de interfaz de dicho corto y se usarán para la creación de un tráiler en el que se incluirá el Showreel.
Trata de una historia distópica de post-amor a través de una nueva plataforma para conocer gente con los mismos intereses.
Los elementos que componen la interfaz serán animados y mostrarán datos e ideas que de otra forma sería complicado explicar. Además de incluir el uso de Realidad Aumentada.
Tomando referencias de videojuegos actuales como Cyberpunk 2077 se busca un estilo limpio y moderno.
El tema principal de mi obra es el amor. En este caso el tema es tratado a través de las redes sociales que forman parte de la vida de cada uno de nosotros.
He escogido este tema porque desde el comienzo de la pandemia la mayoría de gente tiene más complicaciones para encontrar pareja e inevitablemente debe recurrir a alguna aplicación para conocer gente. He tomado como inspiración algunas de las situaciones que yo mismo he vivido en mis años viviendo en Madrid.
Para mí el corto transmite una sensación de injusticia y desesperanza por las relaciones ficticias y falsas que se crean entre los personajes.
Con todo esto se pretende que las personas que consuman mi obra se sientan identificadas con alguno de los personajes.
Los elementos que más se repiten a lo largo de mi obra son los corazones y el uso de pantallas, combinando tonos azules con rosas.
