During a recent trip to India, I was so amazed and intrigued by their obsessive routine of chai tea drinking, and those who work incessantly to supply fresh tea everyday.

I met this Chai Wallah in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and observed him for a day. He started at 5am, and really only stopped when the first batch of tea was ready, offering me one. The batches don't last long, as customers kept pouring in, stopping for 5 minutes in the midst of the busy and noisy Indian routine - freezing time and enjoying their chai.
