Carl Krull is a danish artist. He is a consummate draftsman, utilizing an almost sculptural approach in his drawings. His two dimensional work resemble phenomena found in nature like the formations in stalactite caves or the growth rings found in trees. In his work, lines bounce of the surfaces of the figures inhabiting topographical territories, as if caught by sonar and echolocated in space.

In this short film we meet Carl Krull in his studio, where he has started painting again after several years of mainly focusing on drawings. We follow him through the final stages of assembling the sculpture "Meridian".
