Sinopse/Synopsis
Por dentro, um olhar exterior sobre as singularidades de uma existência comunitária, remota e particular, no entanto cada vez mais vulnerável às transformações que a ida de pessoas de fora implica: o passado relembrado, o presente observado, celebrações colectivas, traços de solidão, a relação entre pessoas e natureza, o antigo e o novo.
O filme consiste na articulação, não ordenada cronologicamente, de vários momentos, colocados em contraponto com a banda de som, sua voz e ampliação: a vida em Fajã, em fragmentos evocativos, residuais, especificidades do olhar, de fora para dentro.

An outward look at the singularities of a community existence, remote and particular, however increasingly vulnerable to the transformations that people from outside have implications for: the remembered past, the observed present, collective celebrations, traces of loneliness, the relationship between people and nature, the old and the new.
The film consists of the articulation, not chronologically ordered, of several moments within, elaborated in counterpoint with the sound band, its voice and enlargement: life in Fajã, in evocative, residual fragments, specificities of the gaze, from the outside to the outside.
