Some sample footage from a BMW shoot using an Arri 2C 2-perf Techniscope Camera. Many thanks to my actors Alex Purcell and Ajna Jai, both classically trained. Shot with an Angenieux 25-250 3.9 Series One on Kodak 5219. Process and 4k scan by Cinelab Boston (downsized to 1920 x 803). Color Correction in Blackmagic Resolve.

A few notes - After trying several different Kodak Vision 3 films I tried 5219 even though it would all be outside. I used an 85 filter (actually an 85ND9 or 85ND6 depending) to adjust for the color but have also found that you can correct the color temperature of the scan in post. I did find getting the correct colors much easier with Kodak 5219 vs Kodak 5203 50D which seems more finicky if your exposure isn't just right or you don't correct for various color temps.

I'd also add that while the Angenieux 25-250 requires a sturdy tripod and setting it up can take some time, the ease of adjusting for a variety of shots using the one lens speeds things up. I have also found that on my hand-held use of the Arri 2C it is difficult to eliminate camera shake, at least with my coffee engorged arms.

On this same shoot I also used a Canon 5D mkiii, a Canon 6D and a Panasonic GH5 from which I compiled the final video for BMW. The Arri was used as a comparison and as a test to see if it could be integrated into the workflow.

Overall, the look of the footage is on par with its digital brothers and the colors and images with just a hint of softness. Clearly, it liked the rainy overcast day.
