I made this short film at the end of the Covid-19 Lockdown in the Netherlands to spark people's inspiration to get up, get outside and work out. At some point everyone got fed up with being static and isolated: Fed up as a matter of speech but also literally Fed- up due to little activity people gained weight. So time to get active, get outside and kickstart you're new life.

The debate was about how to weapon ourselves against the Corona virus and how not … but one thing is sure..

The best defence is staying active, in order to stay healthy.
Undoubtedly, most freelance instructors or single headed businesses that work in sports and health are really struck by the measures.

We decided to offer to produce a video, temporarily a highly discounted especially for for single operating sport instructors that are in financial difficulty due to covid measures.

So that were freelance sports trainers, drill instructors, body pumpers, yoga teachers, doula.'s, everyone that keeps us moving to boost their classes.

We rely on these people staying healthy.
