Set in the rural outskirts of Chicago in 1929, Behind the Eight Ball showcases the underground rum-running business that occurred during the 'Prohibition Era' across the Eastern States.
In a time of prosperity and economic growth for America, Behind the Eight Ball tells the story of John Price (Peter Sullivan) and his troubled times in a mob-boss run speakeasy. After losing an alcohol payment that was lent to him by the owner of the speakeasy, Roman Chevy (Ron Arthurs), John finds himself immediately stuck in a sticky situation.
With an unforgiving mix of shady figures and merciless lies, It is now up to Mr. Price to repay Roman Chevy while still walking away with his life. However, in the gangster world, nothing is transparent as it seems.
