Among the innumerable and contradictory realities co-existing in India’s twenty-first Century, the increase in disparities and inequalities and the violation of fundamental rights of a great number of people, especially tribal and dalit women, are still big issues that need a response. Behind India shows the strength of India’s social movements through the testimony of renowned activists and anonymous and courageous women like Santoshi Tudu.

Detrás de las innumerables y contradictorias realidades que conviven en la India del siglo XXI, se encuentran el aumento de las desigualdades y la vulneración de derechos fundamentales a una gran parte de su población, especialmente hacia las mujeres de las tribus y de las castas más bajas.
