This animation was a group project. We received a brief to make an animation for a car recycling company based on the given audio. Our group went with a car setting off on its journey. We decided to mix both 3D and 2D in this animation. The world and assets were made in 3D. We then brought in a number of 2D assets such as the car and animated them in the program. Sadly we had issues in rendering the alpha channels which left gray boxes behind the 2D assets. However, this was a good learning opportunity as we got to get a better grasp of Cinema 4D and we were very happy with the overall aesthetic of the piece.
