This is a short project that was originally made for University, in which we had to create a ‘mock documentary pitch’. I’ve always found train stations to be fascinating, bustling places, full of life and adventure. You come across so many people of different backgrounds and cultures — everyone has a story. However, more often than not, we're too contained in our own small worlds. We fail to consider the wider world around us — the lives of some of the people we might pass by in the street. The idea for this documentary will be to focus on the story of the ordinary people who we might otherwise ignore. Who knows, one day I may decide to revisit this idea and flesh it out.
