When I was 11 years old, my mom took me to visit my family's native country of Iran. It was my first and (as of now) last trip there. Equipped with a camcorder, I set out to document the whole adventure.

Seventeen years later, I found the video tape containing the footage from that trip. After having it digitized, I have edited the film for length, and given it captions. It has otherwise remained unaltered. The title is taken exactly from what I originally labeled the video tape: “2004 - Arsalan’s voyage to IRAN!". This film is dedicated to Iranian people everywhere.
