In 1943, my father towed his Star sailboat from Pittsfield to Poland, New York... continued on to Piseco Lake, launched his boat for a bit of sailing, filmed this unusual horse event, attended a wedding, and returned home. I find this equestrian gymkhana fascinating, and still don't know the venue (please tell me if you recognize the place!)
