This lakefront home is on a nicely wooded lot located on a quiet cul de sac. Minutes to shopping and the freeway, and 25 minutes to downtown Charlotte (depending on traffic). This Mediterranean-style house with tile roof has many windows to enjoy the beautiful views to the wooded cul de sac out the front or lake out the back. Four new high-end baths on the main level (2019) lead the innumerable recent improvements. The main level is a perfect size for entertaining, although guests usually migrate to the veranda off the kitchen over looking the lake (the most used living area). In addition to the three bedrooms on the main level, there are two on the lower level, a "flex" room (fitness center, art studio?) and a spacious in-law / au pair suite with its own kitchenette and patio next to the stone hot tub.
