This is a very primitive "pitch video" for the film version of "To Meet the Faces You Meet" created in May of 2016, over a year prior to actual production. This was created so that the Director/Animator J. Allen Williams, co-writer Jan Strad, and legendary comic artist Richard Corben could decide whether or not to green-light production. The film features Patton Oswalt as the voice of the iconic MEAD character.
