We develop exhibits that explore the problems facing animals today–and, their solutions– through art that is informed by science and emotionally charged.

The goal of our “Urban Wildlife: Learning to Co+Exist” Exhibit is to encourage the viewing public to take an active role in healthy co-existence with urban animals. In this exhibit, the artists are exploring the lives of wild animals in urban areas and the human responses to this shared territory.

While on display at the Rhode Island School of Design, the exhibit was featured on the PBS show Arthur. In the cartoon segment, Muffy is initially upset by peregrine falcons nesting on her house. In the interstitial segment shown here, local kids from Providence critique the exhibit and offer their views on how to co-exist with wildlife. Remember to Watch ARTHUR on your local PBS station, the PBSKids 24/7 Channel, pbskids.org/Arthur and on the PBS KIDS video app”
