Adult Swim approached Awesome Inc to handle animation for their 2019 April Fool’s Day stunt. The challenge: four hours of animation in just five months. The twist: the look must be totally unpredictable. Over 25 weeks, Awesome Inc and a deft team of creatives put together 180 minutes of cel, puppeted and motion animated content for this outrageous, anime-style comedy.
