In molti centri di detenzione della Tripolitania ormai da oltre 2 mesi i migranti sono usati come scudi umani, detenuti a stretto contatto con milizie e armamenti nel tentativo di evitare i bombardamenti dell'aviazione di Haftar.
Sin dall'inizio Exodus denuncia questo stato di cose. Per queste migliaia di migranti, già oggetto di appello da parte dell'Unhcr, è necessaria un'urgente evacuazione, verso l'Europa o verso Paesi terzi.
