Feeling exhausted? Like you have no energy to even move? Me too, my friend. This year of 2020 started off with most of us starry-eyed, but we have all encountered transition in some way, either directly or indirectly from the coronavirus or the anti-racism movement. As a yoga teacher, I have my days when I don't have the energy to move a muscle... so I welcome you to join me for a yoga practice where you do (or don't do!) just that. Yoga Nidra is defined as a yogic sleep... it is a guided relaxation practice of sorts. I hope you feel rejuvenated and more grounded after this practice.
