I first heard Yellow by Coldplay sung by Diana Vickers on The X-Factor in 2008. I really loved the song and her performance, but sadly she didn’t win the show.

10 years later I tuned in every week to Series 11 of Doctor Who featuring Jodie Whittaker as the 13th Doctor, along with co-stars Mandip Gill (who I knew from Hollyoaks), Tosin Cole, and Bradley Walsh (a surprising choice but it works!) I absolutely love this series and the chemistry between Thasmin.

A few days ago I heard Yellow on the radio. I thought OMG who is this singing, it’s so beautiful. When the DJ said Jodie Whittaker I was very pleasantly surprised. I think she is an amazing actress and singer.

I have already downloaded the track on Amazon/iTunes and pre-ordered the Got It Covered album supporting BBC Children in Need 2019 (released 01/11/19). My aim in uploading this video is to promote the single and album for BBC Children in Need 2019 which is a registered charity in the United Kingdom.
