In “writings” two dancers and a musician attempt to write letters of love and admiration through movement. A gesture of tenderness that may never reach their recipient. The choreographed letters take flesh and blood as fugitive greetings to meaningful people that do not know it. With a pending postscript.
The choreographic system follows the structures of written word. Dance becomes an abstract yet clear medium for communication, adopting rules of punctuation and grammar for its organisation in space.
The audience is invited to observe this intimate, almost sacred process of writing with the body, a personal and joint journey.
