Austin, TX - Hundreds of working people across Texas joined together on June 17th in a national day of action. Workers called for the Senate to pass the HEROES Act and for Congress to take actions to address structural racism. Today was just the beginning, as we navigate two of the greatest crises of our lives: COVID-19 and institutional racism. But working people will continue to organize and mobilize to make the HEROES Act the law of the land and rid our institutions of systemic racism.
