Two graduates of our 2018 Inglis yearling purchases hit the trials for two strong finishes!
Last week our 2yo Real Impact filly, Nuncan Run, stepped out at Casino for her first outing taking it all in her stride! Settling back next to last and navigating her way through the field to finish 3rd behind class 4 galloper in Galway! Today the second place getter in Sir Ex Be debuted at Murwillumbah going down a whisker finishing 2nd beaten 0.28L! We have tipped her out for a little freshen up and cannot wait to see her return as an early 3yo! She was purchased by Ethan for $5,000 at last years Scone Inglis Sale!
Purchased for $15,000 from last years Inglis Classic Sale is our 2yo Olympic Glory Gelding now finally named Olympic Gift! A progressive type who Nori hasn’t galloped since last preparation has recently jumped out of the ground in the last couple of weeks of trackwork! Unfortunately he didn’t jump so well yesterday giving the whole field a 4 length head start!!! With a bit of encouragement he finally got his legs into action tacking onto the tail of the field! Nori gave him a squeeze at the 600m and to his surprise the gelding circled the entire field in 200m and held on to kick and win the trial ears pricked by 1.54L!!
Both Two Year Olds were selected from the sales by our team, broken in, spelled and educated all with us!
We are so excited to see them hit the races now!
