Video/Film From Performance "AIRE" - Festival 48h NEUKÖLLN 2021- "Luft"
Compagnie Puls'Art / Corinna Rosteck / Mario Verandi
KulturKirche Nikodemus - Berlin - June 21

Corinna Rosteck, visual artist (Berlin - Germany) and Macha Melanie, choreographer (Puls’Art Dance Company /Montpellier - France) create performative video-installations.
«Aire» insufflates the breath of time.
The dancers perform under water in front of video projections of previously created footage, they interact with the moving images. The images interweave with each other in the live performance, boundaries mix and dissolve, liquid, airy, living and virtual textures (plastic, water, wind, sound) overlap, a tribute to the body in the here and now. The choreographic process (Macha Melanie Bastide) shapes the present in the church space, Mario Verandi accentuates the space with his composition Plastic Water, Hazy Sun and Tears in the desert from his album "Remansum".

Macha Melanie’s choreographic process shapes the present time, the flow of existence, as a tribute to the body here and now. She explores a hybrid, total, sensory and resolutely organic art. She has been collaborating since 2016 with Berlin-based artist Corinna Rosteck (visual arts, installations, photography).

Movement is the central subject of Corinna Rosteck’s work. One of the main themes of her artistic work is the fascination of water. Her gaze focuses on the liquid, other aggregated states, the characteristic movements of waves, various refractions and reflections. Surfaces that impede the perspective of seeing are also found in the motifs of urban space, desert landscape and human movement in dance.
