- Set-up: Assume a power position (feet just outside of the hips, with knees bent). Just the toe of your right foot should be on the ground. Holding one handle in each hand (the cable will be bisecting your left foot), bring each hand a few inches outside of the respective hip.
- Movement: Bend both elbows to 90 degrees at the same time without letting them move behind or close to the ribcage. Without moving your left arm, bring the the right handle towards the right medial delt. Extend fully, until the elbow is at 180 degrees. Repeat as indicated for the desired amount of repeititions. Then hold your right elbow at 90 degrees while performing curls on the left side.
