- Set-up: Get into a standard plank position (shoulders over the finger tips, arms straight, and legs extended with each foot in line with the respective hip.
- Movement: Transition into a forearm plank with your right arm (right elbow will now be bent at 90 degrees, underneath right shoulder). Repeat on the left side so that you rae now in a forearm plank. Use your left arm to transition back into a standard plank, with your arm extended. Repeat on the right so that both arms are now extended, with both shoulders over the respsective hands.
