Tlaloc River Rapids est un projet architectural d'une attraction fictive de type bouée réalisé sur SketchUp 18 et Lumion 9.

L'idée pour ce projet était de reproduire une attraction de type bouée dans le même esprit que Romus et Rapidus du parc Astérix. L'attraction Kali River Rapids du parc Walt Dinsey World sera d'ailleurs une source d'inspiration principale pour le projet étant donné que l'idée de base était de concevoir une attraction dans une fausse jungle à la découverte d'anciennes ruines avec pour thème les Aztèques. Le nom de l'attraction Tlaloc, est le nom du Dieu de l'eau aussi appelé Tlalocantecuhtli dans la mythologie et la religion des aztèques. Dans la conception du projet il fallait imaginer et concevoir un parcours allant de la file d'attente jusqu'au circuit avec les bouées tout en mettant en place les différents éléments de décors pour ainsi donner l'illusion aux visiteurs qu'ils sont des aventuriers à la recherche d'anciennes ruines. Différentes recherches ont été effectués sur ce type d'attraction comme la conception même de la bouée et surtout pour mettre en place les différents mécanismes de l'attraction comme le quai de départ, les systèmes pour pousser les bouées, les remontées des bouées etc... Préparez-vous à être mouillé !

Tlaloc River Rapids is an architectural project of a fictional buoy-type attraction made on SketchUp 18 and Lumion 9.

The idea for this project was to reproduce a buoy-type attraction in the same spirit as Romus and Rapidus from Parc Asterix. The Kali River Rapids attraction in Walt Dinsey World Park will also be a main source of inspiration for the project since the basic idea was to design an attraction in a false jungle to discover ancient ruins with for Aztecs theme. The name of the attraction Tlaloc, is the name of the God of water also called Tlalocantecuhtli in the mythology and religion of the Aztecs. In the design of the project it was necessary to imagine and design a route going from the queue to the circuit with the buoys while setting up the different elements of scenery to give the illusion to the visitors that they are adventurers looking for ancient ruins. Different research has been carried out on this type of attraction such as the design of the buoy and especially to set up the different mechanisms of the attraction such as the starting platform, the systems for pushing the buoys, raising the buoys etc. ..
