(You can use a cable machine or resistance tube)

Exercise #2 Walking Lunges 12 REPS
(each leg)

Exercise #3 (1.5 REP) Elevated Split Squat 8 REPS (each leg)

Exercise #4 Box Jumps 10 REPS
