In 2006 I worked at Scanline on “Lissi and the wild emperor”. It was my first full CG feature film and an amazing experience. For this production the animation was characterwise organized. Which means in opposite to shotbased we builded teams for every character. That way you can concentrate on the style of “your” character and will be in it all the time. Each team had a character lead which was in my case Jan Stoltz who was later my visual effects supervisor on Hexe Lilli at Trixter Munich.
