This Body” explores the concept of self-care, drawing on the personal experiences of artists in diverse fields. The animation weaves together the stories, thoughts, and feelings of a dancer, a writer, and the animator in order to simultaneously identify their common struggles with caring for the self, as well as tentatively represent what makes each feel whole.
