Video Artist is Louise Höjer. With thanks to Linus Rosenqvist, Niklas Lundell and Way Out West Festival 2009. Highlighting water, movement, sound and light that pass through and around our bodies. The piece combines forms of concert, performance, club and lecture performance to bring the audience on an experiential and conceptual journey through Waves; The Waves weaves live looped synths, voice and beats of an experimental and noisy pop sound with immersive conversation, text and physical movement in and around the space and audience. Through listening and reflecting on waves, the piece brings the audience into a state of embodied connection between themselves and others in the space.''
