I see this predominantly in women, especially moms, are often great at putting everyone else first.
They will wake up early, they will make sure their husband and their kids and grandkids are is taken care of.
They'll go to work, and work hard at their jobs.
They'll come home and make dinner and clean the house and basically work until the moment they pass out.
Then they say that they don’t have time and energy for their health: “I am too busy, I have work, I have obligations, I have family to take care of, I am moving out of state so I can’t do it now.”
Here is the truth…
Your body doesn't care about your excuses.
It doesn’t care about your past, your thoughts or your feelings.
You are either giving your body what it needs to heal, or you aren't.
If you think you are too busy to take care of yourself, you will eventually be too sick to be busy.
Then you won't be able to do any of those things you are trying to do now.
If you are the one taking care of people, you must make your health a priority.
If you find yourself sabotaging yourself or procrastinating to take action, there might be part of you holding on to illness.
Now, people rarely want to stay sick consciously, it is the unconscious fear, bad habits and doubts that drive the self-sabotage behavior.
We often catch people searching for failure, clinging to negativity, overlooking their victories, and talking themselves out of what they really need to do.
Stop finding reasons to stop and instead focus on why you won’t let yourself down.
If you can’t do it on your own, get support.
Moms: take care of yourself so you can enjoy being a mom. If you get sick you won't have the ability to take care of anyone else. Teach your kids how to take of themselves by showing them a supreme example of how to do it right.
Note: In our program, food is used as medicine, for recovery, reaching goals, and regaining health back as quickly as possible.
People who are happy, positive, optimistic, practice great care, schedule time for things that brings them fun, and when we give them excellent nutritional to fix their immune system, they get better in a matter of days to weeks.
Those that have depression, trauma, high stress, negativity, don’t practice care, lock themsels inside their house and don't do anythign that brings them happines get better at a slower rate.
