Based on a true story.

"I didn't want to get out of bed
I didn't want to brush my teeth

I didn't want to cook for myself
I didn't want to do anything.

My friend told me to get in the Ice
he said it would help me.

I got in the ice,
I jumped straight back out of the ice.

I cried.

He kept encouraging me to get in the ice.

I persevered.

After a couple of minutes of tolerating the ice.
Everything started to go quiet.
I started to reconnect with something inside.
Something primal,
Something spiritual,
Like an inner silver back energy.

Then I realised that I didn't need to believe what my mind was telling me.

I started to do the opposite of what my mind told me"
